Hi Bigal,
I did not grow up here, However, I did travel through The Bronx. Apartment buildings do not change that often. It was the configuration of the buildings at the right which got me to recall the possible location of the photo.

If you have seen the book, "The Beautiful Bronx" check out the acknowledgement page you will find me listed there as I helped identify many of the photos in the book.
