I FORGOT MY BRONX BOARD PASSWORD

- Only registered Bronx Board users may use this facility.
- All of the fields are required:
- First Name
- The first name you used when you registered. Note that if you entered "Francine" when you registered, entering "Fran" here won't work.
- Last Name
- The last name you used when you registered.
- Email Address
- This field must contain the email address (in the form name@domain.com) that you registered with The Bronx Board.
- Once you've entered all the information, click on "Send My Password".
- If the data you entered is valid, your password will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD

- Only registered Bronx Board users may use this facility.
- All of the fields are required:
- Email Address
- This field must contain the email address (in the form name@domain.com) that you registered with The Bronx Board.
- Old Password
- Enter your existing password.
- New Password
- Enter whatever new password you prefer, up to 20 bytes in length. It may include any combination of letters and numbers. Don't use any special characters (such as question marks or periods) as they may not work. The password will not be displayed when you enter it.
- New Password AGAIN
- Enter the same password you entered above. This is to help prevent miskeyed passwords that may otherwise go unnoticed.
- Once you've entered all the information, click on "Change My Password".
- If the data you entered is valid, the change will be effective immediately.
