If you're facing south at the bottom of EL Grant Hiway where it feeds into Jerome Ave, there is a triangle with Cromwell Ave on the left and Jerome on the right. PS 114 was built on that triangle. The buildings on the right and left and the street setup all look like those in the mystery photo. Based on what others have said I may be wrong, but I used to live on Shakespeare Ave so at least I'm going solely by memory.
