For displaced, misplaced, and nostalgic ex-Bronxites

Posted by Barbara on Wednesday, August 7th 2024: Did you want to become a fireman or actor or whatever. Did you end up becoming what you wished for when you were young? I wanted to see the world...... I spent years with temp jobs, permanent jobs, travel, working with civil rights group.....lived in many places...volunteering in so many areas always exploring but in my third decade I settled down......went to school and became a nurse...we got 4 weeks vacation and after twenty years got 5 so my dreams of traveling became a reality.
