Yes 1934 Harrison Ave is still standing. Now owned and operated by Housing Preservation Department it underwent a total renovation back in 1984 which included the installation of an elevator. Back in 84 while passing through I was able to convince the security guard to allow me to enter the building while under renovation with every floor gutted. I was jealous that there wasn't an elevator when I lived there on the 5th floor of a 5 story walk up, lol.
