I lived in Norwood on Hull Ave between 209th street and Gunhill.
From November of 1964 to October of 1991.
The restaurant was there until 1988.
The pizza place was called Bainbridge pizza and I believe they shared
The kitchen.
But there was definitely two different doors to enter each place.
It was a bonafide restaurant with waiters wearing white
Shirts and vests.
Food was phenomenal.
My Father owned the Exxon station on Webster & 204th.
I worked for him in high school and on Friday nights.
After I closed the station,he would take me to dinner either there
Or the Italian village restaurant near Hull avenue on 204th Street.
Depends on how crowded the ladder was.
