So far no response from anyone so I'll take a shot at it. The closest I can come up with would be Devoe Park running alongside Father Zeiser palce. Just a wild guess.

I thought Webb Ave also but the mystery pic doesn't curve. I also thought Independence Ave was a possibility because of the clue.
