My 2-dimensional Friends Return to topicsPost to this topic

Betty Boop is now a Broadway musical. She got very good reviews when sh played in Chicago. I plan on seeing it ASAP. I was the orchestrator's HS choreographer. He's terrific - won a bunch of Tonys so far. He also has Smash on Broadway. Both shows premiered on the same night this week.

Opps, I meant to say she WASN'T listed with those who died.

I am so sorry...........I tried every site and different ways to find information on her. One thing that's good, is that she was listed as deceased - it was another Bridget Tyndall. It's usually much harder with women
because they change their last names (wish this could be done away with)........anyway , if you have
anyone else, I will give it a try.

Oh yes!!! I miss every single one of them!!
Yetserday I was reminiscing over an old dark blue Packard (1952 or 53) that my friends and I found inside a garage in VA. It had been sitting there for years, was dusty, and insixe, on the back windowsill was... a Kleenex Box with a picture of Little Lulu on it!!! I miss all of that innocence. I loved LIttle Lulu--and her friends (ANnie???) Tubby and LIttle Itch
Henry and Mr Mum were a little scary to this 5 yr old == they were formidable and did't say much

Barbara, those are the names of comic strip characters that were popular in the 40s and 50s. 2-dimensional means flat, or printed, and not real. But he forgot to include Dick Tracy and Little Orphan Annie. Maybe they weren't his "friends"?

Hi Barbara, if you would be so kind and see if could find Bridget Tyndall. She was my first female friend in PS 91. She had such a crush on me but me being an 8 year old boy I ran away from her niceties. She was such a sweet soul. Last I know she graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1978. Would love to at least know how she is and hopefully life has been good to her.
Postscript: I'm not sure what 2- dimensional is. But I can say Bridget was definitely 100% lovely.

If you put down their real names (or go to missing people), I will be glad to do a search for you.
