You mean would I buy a condo in Florida or Texas (most gun-related crimes in the US for the past 5 years, highest rates of domestic violence, most guns per capita)? Not a chance. I'd rather take the Bronx, so thonx!

The lower part of the bank became a Fine Fare supermarket, and the tower is becoming condominiums. The entire commercial area of Fordham Road has been transforming for the past 20 years and very, very slowly starting to scale upwards as real estate becomes more and more valuable to landlords. The Bronx is the last borough to gentrify (excluding Staten Island, of course, which was never a principal part of the city per se), but it's happening at both the southern and northern areas and will eventually spread throughout.

just found out that the dollar savings bank is now a super market that was a great looking building. in puplic school we put money in every week in a account what food chain took it over?
