I didn't know what that meant and a few months later I got a letter from a company asking for payment. Don't know for how much it was, but my mom reluctantly sent them a money order. For a quarter and a box top from Shredded Ralston cereal I received a pair of Tom Mix spurs that "glowed in the dark". A lot of these mailings went to Battle Creek, Michigan.
