All things considered which neighborhood was the best one for a child to grow up in The Bronx?
What is your criteria?

For example in the neighborhood around Tremont Ave & Southern Blvd you had three great parks (Bronx Park, Crotona Park & Poe Park), five movie theaters within walking distance, plenty of candy stores, the Bronx river and it was safe to venture out to anyplace at any hour.
