The title of that book, "The Bronx Triangle: A Portrait of Norwood" perfectly describes its geographical location. According to my street map of The Bronx, Norwood is bounded by Webster Avenue on the east, Mosholu Parkway on the south-southwest and Woodlawn Cemetery/ West Gun Hill Road on the north. What I find VERY odd is the fact that the entire northwest section of Norwood is located in the WEST BRONX, as it is west of Jerome Avenue! It has its OWN triangle surrounded by West Gun Hill Road, Jerome Avenue and Mosholu Parkway. There are only TWO cross streets within that smaller triangle that connect Mosholu Parkway to West Gun Hill Road: Gates Place and Knox Place. What is also interesting is that Norwood`s postal zone of Bronx 10467 crosses over from the EAST Bronx to the WEST Bronx!

Happy Holidays!
