Remembering the two-car Dyre Avenue Dinky train

Back in the 1940s and early 50s, there was a train that ran between East 180th Street and Dyre Avenue. It had the nickname, "Dinky". My home station was Morris Park. Did you also ride the "Dinky"? It now became the northernmost section of today`s No.5 subway line. Any "Dinky" memories to share?
