East of the Grand Concourse on Fordham Road were 3 movie theaters named for streets nearby within one block. First came the Concourse (closed about 1948). Then the RKO Fordham and across Valentine Avenue was the Valentine. While many theaters were named after streets, was there any other situaion where 3 theaters close to each other were so named.
