Yes, Alvin, it was the 241st Street/Lexington Avenue line and the Pelham Parkway station. It was also my subway line and station when I moved to a new apartment building on Barnes Avenue in the Pelham Parkway neighborhood in 1952. ALL the buildings, including my own, were very nice, as well as the entire neighborhood. Hopefully, that area is still thriving, especially all those wonderful stores for shopping on Lydig Avenue!
