1990-1996 Gleason corner of Pugsley Ave is an 88-unit 5 story building built around 1927. Plaster walls, one electrical outlet per room. (I would think they upgraded by now). One bath, big cast iron steam heat radiators in each room with whistling steam valves. Still remember the #6 subway rumbling into the Parkchester EL station.
