Hi Barbara.That's the corner were Parkchester starts(or ends)This corner was home to any a place,loved by people in Parkchester.While any new building might now be in your/my taste,they bring people who will be better than the crap that came 1960s and up.All 5 parts of NYC have building going on.As long as the deals are legit,who can or should bitch.What was is kaput.What's to come won't stand in the shadow of what was.We keep all that,that can't be bull-dozed away.
