John, I was very curious to know what is located today at 1220 Jerome Avenue. It is Mount Olive Baptist Church which is INSIDE the building shown in the photo. Google "1220 Jerome Avenue". Look for the crucifix (cross) in the front and also the rooftop patterns which perfectly match the connecting rooftops of the (former) stores in Mystery Photo 197. Congratulations, John! I truly believe you nailed the photo`s location!
