St. Helenas Church Olmstead Ave. January 1948. Mom from the Bronx dad from Long Island City Queens. They told me they met at a midtown Manhattan office where they worked after the war. Oh, those twenty something kids!
Future in-laws same church a few months later. Msgr. Scanlon conducting the ceremonies.
