I could not agree with you more. It was a tough call to turn down the apt. Back in the 60's I had 6 aunts and uncles and 6 cousins living all over Parkchester. Plus, I was totally familiar with every road through the area since I delivered groceries for Pioneer on Starling and Beer and soda from Parkchester beer while I was in college. I know about their strict rules for tenants too. God forbid you had your name taken and it was turned into the office for playing/walking on the grass. I was even stopped by one of those "policemen" while making a delivery as a kid. I think he was a bit overzealous and bored that day.
