Sorry for my delayed response. My wife and I often drive to City Island via the Throgs Neck Bridge from our home on Long Island. Our favorite restaurant there is the Crab Shanty. I know that if we lived there, we would probably use "City Island NY 10464" as frequently as "Bronx, NY 10464". When my parents and I moved from The Bronx to the Kew Gardens Hills section of Flushing, our address was Flushing, NY 11367, but we mostly used "Kew Gardens Hills, NY 11367" as our mailing address.
