Hi Sammy, Lincoln hospital is there now but the photo is from about 1940. Lincoln hospital still was around 141st Street back then. Of course, I don't know the orientation of the photo, so I can't be sure even what direction is behind or in front of the photographer. If he was facing in an Easterly direction, then maybe the significant item behind him might be the huge Bronx general post office, built during the 30's. a block West over the New York Central tracks. I don't find the hint to be very specific.
