For years the rules to me were ambiguous. Then someone called me out because of recent photo that looked very familiar and I went on the internet to verify. The backlash was as if I committed a felony. That being said the admin now makes it clear that web sleuthing is obnoxious and they just want our memories. I couldn't disagree with it more but I'm not in charge. I will say I still web sleuth a photo for the simple reason that it is fun to try to figure a place even if it doesn't evoke memories. I won't post my findings because the BB police (not the admin but some of the subscribers) took the fun out of it. I consider myself a BB youngster and have the utmost respect for people like Sammy Schwartz, Kevin Reynolds, Misteri, Barbara.... simply because I've learned so much from them regarding Bronx neighborhood history. I left at the tender age of 13 and at that time in my life I just didn't how rich the Bronx is. I recommend that you do whatever you feel is right in trying to guess the Mystery Photo Series. Have fun.
