"Marty" is a great Bronx movie, glad you brought it up & shared film site locations. To add to that list, Michaels Pub was located on the SW corner of 187th. & Hoffman Place. It is a focal point in the movie as the place where Marty & friends hang out, as well as "the phone booth scene" where Marty calls on Clara, as well as the scene where he takes Clara after a late night date. I do not know if the interior shots are authentic or studio, I think they are authentic, but the exterior shot shows the entrance doors inscribed with the Michaels Pub "M" logo. Now, I wish I can figure out where the location of his mothers house was. is that location in the Bronx, or was it studio?
