The current price of gas reminded me of a gas war between a bunch of stations on River Ave back in the 60s. I think a gulf station was selling for 32 cents a gallon and some noname station down the block started selling for 31 cents. Then the gulf went to 30 cents and the noname won by dropping to 29 cents. Can you imagine paying 29 cents for a gallon of gas now?
