I also lived in Queens, in Flushing on 149th Street (for 10 years) overlooking the campus of Queens College. To add to the confusion of numbered Avenues and Roads there are DRIVES which follow the same numbers. For example, in Rego Park, 63rd Drive is ADDED to 63rd Avenue and 63rd Road!

In The Bronx, East 234th Street intercepts East 233rd Street at Woodlawn Cemetery, and East 204th Street MEETS East 205th Street in Norwood!
