It is the Woodycrest home in Highbridge,
as you correctly identify, Jeff.
The large building no doubt is the new
Yankee Stadium.

As the stadium is on the east side of
Jerome Avenue, taking up a good chunk
of Mullally Park, it should not be considered
as part of Highbridge.
