The new Lebanon Hospital on the Concourse was built but WW2 came into the picture. The new hospital was used as a military hospital for the Army during the war. In the meantime the old building on Cauldwell stayed in operation. After WW2 the new building was turned over to civilian use. I remember the old building then being used as a factory for some years.
