Hi, Mark!

If you lived on Waring Avenue, was the Pelham Parkway/Fordham Road one of the busses that took you to and from Science HS? My high school was Music and Art in Manhattan. I used that bus to get me to the Grand Concourse where I got onto the "D" train at the Fordham Road station. I remember paying 50 cents for a weekly bus pass and no fee for a train pass at my school`s station, 135th Street, and at the Fordham Road station. My bus and train passes were used during my four years at Music and Art (1952 to 1956).
