Sammy,The original name was Parkway Juvenile,when they expanded around the corner on Webster it became Honigs' Parkway.They did sell bikes but I don't know if the bike repair shop directly across Webster Ave. was part of Honigs' or not.I agree that the White Plains place was very likely the same owners.Good health to you and your family.
