Thanks so much, John, for your quick response! I could still picture seeing the huge front entrance fa├žade of Starlight Park from the elevated subway as it curved around the tracks before entering and leaving the West Farms Square/East Tremont Avenue station. This was during the 1940s and early 50s when, if I`m not mistaken, the station was called simply "177th Street". Do you recall that, too?
