Yes we had all of the ones mentioned by Ellery except "match sticks" I don't get that one. But I did manage to get my hands on a real swichblade knife when I was in about the 4th grade. Push the button and the blade of 3 or 4 inches popped out. I took it to school, St Helena, and showed it off in the boys bathroom. Nobody turned me in and I have no idea where that blade ended up. Imagine if I got caught with it these days ??? We did play "land" the exact way Mike described it. Pee shooters are another long story. Maybe another day.
