Kevin, I was really surprised to hear you say that there were many part of the Bronx that you were 'unfamiliar' with. I've read your posts over the years and it seems like you were all over the place; when people talk about experiences they had it always seems like you had some connection with that, whether it be through work or play, making it seem like you had many great Bronx experiences....far more than I, I might add.
With respect to Lloyd Ultan's books, I have at least two of them and they really
give you a good historical perspective insofar as they show the Bronx..."then and now." even pictures of the old Catholic school grounds as well as the early construction of Parkchester on that location.
