For displaced, misplaced, and nostalgic ex-Bronxites

With lots of trees. The local frieght train passd by 1/8 mile downt the road from me twice a day. I wore my usual Bronx attire and got some really nasty stares and comments especially on the AB&W bus. And it was so QUIET that I had trouble falling asleep at night.
