I’ll make a semi-educated guess that this is the southwest corner of Pelham Parkway and White Plains Road. As for what’s special, someone on another topic mentioned that there were prohibitions on certain types of commercial businesses along Pelham Pkwy., and perhaps that’s what the host has in mind.
