You mentioned the Valentine........back in the 30's my dad danced soft-shoe
on stage at the Valentine theater.........it could have been the early 40's, don't know
But it was once where stage shows played. I have the program from there but sadly
it was once taped together and the tape turned dark...but you can see enough....
the ads for apartments were amazing: like $25/month
