Yes, Bronx Lebanon Hospital is on the Grand Concourse, off Mount Eden Avenue. In 1943, it was moved to the Concourse from Westchester and Cauldwell Avenues where it was known as "Lebanon Hospital" from 1892 to 1943. My older son was born there in 1968.
