You are both correct. That's 167th Street between Gerard and River Ave. The cafeteria was a neighborhood landmark. The theatre across the street was the Lowes 167th. Hess pool room (another neighborhood landmark) was across the street , a block toward the concourse. The manager/owner of the cafeteria was a white haired man, who seemed to be there 24/7. Story has it that he was murdered in a robbery.
