Glad you`re back, Ed. Thanks for the "update". My guess of Christopher Columbus High School was incorrect! The school in the photo is JHS 113, as identified by Misterl, above. Although I never entered CCHS, a half mile from my house, I suspected it had to be that school because of the clue telling us that its area was "void of apartment buildings" during its early years. What REALLY "rang a bell" for me, however, is the design of the large front entranceway. I would always see it while driving along Astor Avenue in front of the school and noticing its distinctive architectural design! The front entrance design of JHS 113 in the photo looks like an EXACT replica of that of CCHS.
