Just catching up on posts re Riverdale. I did consider living in City Island five years ago, before I moved
upstate. Sadly, the rents went up very high. They don't have many places to rent - mostly in private
homes or if one wants, to buy a condo. I do know people on City Island but I don't know how they
address their mail. I'd be just as proud with City Island, NY or Riverdale, NY as I would Bronx, NY.

Speaking of rentals.....they are going up here like crazy. I felt upset when they started calling it
the East Hampton of upstate New York.
