Many thanks for the "Congrats" Ed! If my guess DOES turn out to be correct, I would like to share your "Congrats" with Misterl who specifically described each of the three hints that were given to us. My wild guess of "on or near Co-op City" was a "longshot", while Misterl`s guess "hit the target" by confirming my guess. Now we have to find out the EXACT location or street where that old homestead in the photo once stood!
