I believe this building sits on the Wakefield side of the 233rd St bridge which crosses over the Bronx River Parkway and the Bronx River leading to McLean Ave. On the other side of the bridge is Fredrico's restaurant. I seem to recall the building was at one time used by the US Army Reserve.
