Hi, Ed!

In my present Long Island neighborhood, I have a similar story to yours regarding the borderline between two counties. Just one block away from my house on the Nassau side of the border with Queens, there are several houses with separate garages in the back. These garages are all in Nassau County, while the front of the houses are in Queens! Since the taxes on the Queens side are lower than the Nassau taxes, I`m sure the residents have less to complain about (lol!) Thanks, Ed, for sharing your story!

All the best!
Sammy
