HiSammy.Your right,Boston Rd ran into a crossing St./Ave ,less than half a block going north.The carnival was on that street.But with the merge it was also on Boston.I think that all those empty Bronx lots are now built up.It seems like the Bronx is still in a building up period.Like it,love it,or hate it.The Bronx is still part of NYC.And people want to be in NYC.And Bronx land ,will never be worth what Manhattan land is worth,but for future thoughts..who knows.Stay well
