Very simple; smoked polish sausage (kielbasa). Loved it since I was a toddler. We used to buy it at the pork store on Tremont Ave. near Prospect. There were days you could smell the smoker from as far as Southern Blvd. Still travel to Orange county to get it fresh made in Pine Island.
