This is absolutely,100%, categorically, unequivocally the corner of West Burnside and Jerome Avenue.. I see the old Manufacturer Hanover (Manny Hanny) bank where my dad did his banking. He also sold costume jewelry across the street on the corner where commuters would step off the number 4 train El. The Kaplan Bros store which appears to be going out of business was an electronics store in the 60's and 70's. I believe it was a Magnavox store. It's where we got our first color tv circa 1965. The area was was home to mom and pop stores throughout the strip from University avenue to the Grand Concourse. Ok I'm ready for the next Mystery Photo..
