I've been having a debate with a friend from Brooklyn regarding egg creams. He insists they should contain egg and heavy cream.
Insists there was place on 52St that used that recipe in the early 70's.
I've found references to this recipe in the early 1900's.
Does anyone know if there is anyplace that still uses this recipe.
