Bryant and Tremont had a flood of stores,I mean everything. But right across Tremont(at PS6),was a tiny appetizing store. "Sandy's" was its name.Tiny(maybe 15 feet long),he had everything. Lox,sour tomato, pickles.Every smoked fish known. As a kid I bought 5 cents worth of dried peas for my pea shooter. Later ,the wide world of pickles opened to me,and yes they were 5 cents. Not a square inch of that store didn't have a goodie on it.Un-real the thoughts from that store. What was yours

store. "Sandys"
