I just read on a Harley nostalgia forum that Reggie died in 1962, one year after they opened their White Plains Franchise. George was the lead mechanic and was with them up to about 2 years before they moved to a location across the street from the White Plains dealership. George had dropped by when the new facility had their grand opening. George rode daily from his home in the Bronx to White Plains on his Harley. He was the greatest shovelhead mechanic of all time, and rode almost up until his death a few years ago.
You said you patronized the Bronx S. Blvd. dealer for parts...what did you ride back then?
