Hey Sammy. Actually I should have answered your question with the place that I lived my early days. That was on Tremont Ave.,and Bryant Ave..One block from West Farms.The Farms had at least 40- 50 stores(if you include boston Rd.).And of course from Boston Rd. to Webster Ave.,probably 200+ more.So it's hard to say. But one store I remember as a go to store. This would be a store which dealt " hard goods".The store was on Tremont and Daly(maybe Honeywell) Aves. The store was called "Meistre's"(probably mis-spelled).His store was floor to ceiling,chock a block filled.Go in and ask for a fan,he would go into that pile and come back with a fan. Didn't like that one, poof -here comes another one.You name ,he had it.What a place. No clothing,shoes,just new house stuff
